The digital asset infrastructure, built to perform.
Blockwyse is a technology, engineering and research firm. We build and run the digital asset infrastructure that regulated institutions operate under their own licences.
Our clients are banks, investment firms, market infrastructure and authorised crypto-asset service providers. We build the custody and key management architecture, market data and settlement systems, and regulatory reporting technology they run themselves, with the on-chain and market-structure research that makes it useful. They hold the licence, the assets and the keys; we hold none of them.
Strategy that survives
contact with engineering.
Most firms in this market do one thing. Consultancies produce strategy they cannot build. Vendors ship products that were never designed around how a regulated institution actually operates. Analytics companies deliver data without the context to act on it.
We work across all three, for the same client, on the same problem. That is the point.
Four capabilities, used together
Built to pass a third-party risk review.
Our clients include regulated financial institutions and authorised crypto-asset service providers. That shapes how we work.
We contract on terms designed for DORA. We support the outsourcing governance our clients owe their supervisors. We document, we evidence, and we plan for exit from the first workshop.
Most crypto vendors have never been through a bank's vendor onboarding. We have.
Working with regulated institutionsWe build.
You keep control and operate.
We design and deliver the software. Our clients, regulated institutions, keep the control and operate, under their own licence, in their own name, with their own policies. That line stays clear by design. It's what lets us sit close to a regulated institution's digital asset infrastructure without ever stepping into its regulatory position.
Depth, not noise.
Blockchains produce an enormous quantity of public data and very little meaning. Our intelligence work is about the second part: understanding market structure, liquidity, flows, protocol behaviour and counterparty risk well enough to inform serious decisions.
We publish a good deal of it.
Read our latest researchThe hard questions come before the build.
What business should you actually be in. Which parts to build and which to buy. How the operating model works on day 400, not day 40. What the technology estate needs to look like to support it.
We work these through with executive teams, then stay to deliver the answer.

Most of our work starts with a short, direct conversation about a specific problem. If we're the right people for it, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll usually know someone who is.
