Blockwyse is a technology, engineering and research firm. We work with institutions that are building or running a digital asset business: designing the systems, building them, integrating them into estates that already exist, and producing the analysis those decisions need.
We are not a regulated firm and we do not want to be one. We provide no crypto-asset service, we hold nothing on anyone's behalf, and we give no advice about anybody's investments. What we do instead is make our clients' own regulated operations work.

- Strategy work is done by the people who will be accountable for delivering it. It changes what goes into the analysis, and it removes the gap where most programmes are lost.
- The client operates the system
- We design and deliver. Our clients run what we build, under their own licences, in their own names. That separation is deliberate and we do not blur it for commercial convenience.
- Evidence as a deliverable
- Documentation, test records, architecture decisions and exit plans are produced during the work, not reconstructed for an audit afterwards.
- We publish
- A meaningful part of our intelligence work is published openly. It keeps the analysis honest and it is how most of our clients first encounter us.
- We say no
- To work outside our competence, to engagements that would put a client's regulatory position at risk, and to any arrangement where we would be paid to point a client at a particular provider.
